Service according to manufacturer’s service program
Your booking is confirmed by text message. If additional repairs are found during service, we’ll call and tell you the price before doing anything. When your car is ready, you’ll hear from us.

We service cars according to the manufacturer’s service program. Information is retrieved from brand-specific systems, such as Bosch ESI and HaynesPro, and the service entry is updated in the service history. Your warranty remains valid, even if the car is not serviced at a dealership.
Finally, you’ll receive a breakdown of what was done to your car and a recommendation for the next service. Explained so that it’s understandable without a mechanic’s dictionary.
For each brand, we follow the manufacturer’s own service program and record it in the service history. Select a brand to see what we do for it.
BX-Motors is a brand-independent repair shop. We are not an authorized service center for car brands, and brand names and logos are trademarks of their manufacturers. We use them only to indicate which brands we service.

Most cars are serviced once a year or every 15,000–30,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. The exact interval is in the car's service program, and many newer cars indicate service needs on the dashboard themselves. Short drives and severe cold are heavy use, in which case the interval should be shortened.
Standard scheduled maintenance at BX-Motors starts from €149, and an oil change from €85. The final price depends on the car and what its service program requires at that mileage. You can see all prices on the pricing page.
Car service includes work according to the manufacturer's service program: typically, engine oil and filter changes, inspection of brakes, tires, and chassis, fluid checks, and diagnostic code reading. Larger services also include, for example, spark plug or brake fluid replacement. Finally, the service is recorded in the service history.
It depends on the job: diagnostic code reading takes about half an hour, an oil change about an hour, and scheduled maintenance about four hours. The estimated duration for each service is shown in the booking before you confirm the appointment.
In Finland, passenger cars are inspected for the first time four years after being put into use, then every two years, and after that, every year. You can see your car's inspection date from Traficom's e-service. Service before inspection reduces the risk of rejection.
Weekend service is possible by appointment. On weekdays, we are open Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM, and weekend appointments must be booked by Thursday at 2 PM at the latest. Yes, it does, provided the service is performed according to the manufacturer's service program and recorded in the service history. This is how we do it. However, the first service should still be done at an authorized dealership. If your car has a roadside assistance agreement with an authorized repair shop or manufacturer, please note that it will not continue if service is performed elsewhere.
