A-, B-, C-, and E-Class, as well as GLC and Vito, are serviced according to the Mercedes-Benz service program. We read the service needs, perform the work, and reset the service reminder.
We are not an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership service center. We are a brand-independent workshop that performs service according to Mercedes-Benz’s own service program, using the same worklist as a dealership.
Mercedes-Benz name and logo are trademarks of the manufacturer, and we use them only to indicate which brand we service.
The warranty for a new Mercedes-Benz does not require service at a dealership. When service is performed according to the manufacturer’s program and recorded in the service history, the warranty remains in effect. We retrieve the Mercedes-Benz service program specific to your car, so the worklist is the same as at a dealership.
The right to have your car serviced somewhere other than a dealership is based on EU competition rules, the so-called Block Exemption Regulation. The manufacturer cannot require that periodic maintenance be done within its own network, as long as the service is performed according to instructions. This is why the service entry is important: it is proof that everything was done as it should be.

The Mercedes-Benz ASSYST system indicates on the dashboard when service is due and whether it's an A or B service. An A service includes an oil and filter change and inspections. A B service also includes, for example, replacing the cabin air filter and brake fluid.
Scheduled Mercedes-Benz maintenance at BX-Motors starts from €149, and an oil change starts from €85. The price depends on the model and mileage, and you'll receive an estimate before the work begins.
No, we are not. BX-Motors is an independent workshop. However, we service your Mercedes-Benz according to the manufacturer's service program, so the worklist is the same as at a dealership and the warranty remains valid.
Yes, it does. When service is performed according to the Mercedes-Benz service program and recorded in the service history, the warranty remains in effect. However, it is advisable to have the first service done at an authorized dealership. If your car has a roadside assistance agreement with an authorized repair shop or the manufacturer, please note that it will not continue if service is performed elsewhere.
No, you don't. We source the parts needed for the service ourselves, and if any part changes the price, we will let you know before the work.
