No, we are not an authorized Volkswagen dealership. We are an independent workshop that performs maintenance according to Volkswagen’s own service schedule, using the same checklist as a dealership.

A new Volkswagen’s warranty does not require a dealership service. When maintenance is performed according to the manufacturer’s schedule and recorded in the service history, the warranty stays in effect. We retrieve the Volkswagen service schedule specifically for your car, so the checklist is the same as at a dealership.
The right to have your car serviced somewhere other than a dealership is based on EU competition rules, the so-called Block Exemption Regulation. The manufacturer cannot require that periodic maintenance be done within its own network, as long as the service is performed according to instructions. This is why the service entry is important: it is proof that everything was done as it should be.

It is still recommended to have the first service done at an authorized brand service center. If your car has a roadside assistance agreement from an authorized workshop or the manufacturer, please note that it will not continue when the service is done elsewhere.
